Kamala and Tim are taking on Chicago this week for the DNC and a FCTRY representative is going to be hanging out with some Kamala action figures.

Yeah, that campaign only had 893 backers. She might end up being the most collectible of these figures.

My understanding is that, while government officials are fair game, a licensing agreement is needed in order to make a product bearing the likeness of a private citizen. And given that each of these only sells from a few hundred to a few thousand items, licensing would likely be too costly.
